Hypnosis

From Harmless Words to the Most Powerful Hypnosis Tool

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Travel back in time.

Is there an incident in your life when you did something completely out of your control? Do you feel you were manipulated? If so, how did it happen? If you were manipulated through words, then you have already experienced the power of hypnosis.

We don’t even realize how many words we use and how many words we hear. We ask questions, we chatter, or we simply comment on what is happening around us. With almost ten thousand words being said by each one of us every single day, isn’t it ironic how most people still think that words are harmless?

Now, do you wonder if words really have the power to transform your life? The answer is a resounding yes. They do. However, there are certain ways and specific people who can make this possible. Have you ever met a hypnotist?

A hypnotist is someone who can control a person using words. It sounds so simple, right? At this moment, chances are you think that you can also be one. But take a moment to ponder. If it’s that easy, then everybody of us would have been the same.

The secret lies on how you are able to choose the right words. It is true that you wouldn’t run out of what to say, but you must be very careful in choosing to make your words powerful. These certain words and phrases are what we called the power words.

Within the right choices of words, hypnotists would be able to stimulate your imagination. By carefully describing a step by step process of a specific action, they can activate your senses, and then slowly urge you to paint a picture in your mind. They have the power to create associations with you, and at the same time distract you when they want to.

It may sound cool but creepy at the same time. Every word has its own meaning, but if properly combined can be the most commanding of all. But the most surprising of all is that, you are not controlled by someone who hypnotizes you – like we are made to believe. Instead, you focus on following their voice and their suggestions. The real essence is-you’ve been mind controlled.

If you are interested on how hypnosis really works and what the power words are, there are toolkits and trainings available online. The hypnosis language is just beyond your reach; just make sure you have the discipline to get engaged. Always remember, nice words and phrases are naturally engaging, but arranged and spoken the proper way can give you more control than you ever think of. Being careful is a must.

Hypnosis and Confidence : Two Factors in Connection

Hypnosis can help improve your confidence and help create  The power to move forward throughout all the various life’s experiences – basically those negative ones which have brought to become a person believe that he/she is not worthy in life– has become an enigma to others.

So, how those so –called self hypnosis techniques can really help people to gain or improve esteem and self confidence?

Importance of Esteem and Confidence

Before talking about how to self hypnotize for confidence can really improve someone’s self-development , it is crucial to recognize first what is self esteem and confidence and how they can affect a person’s totality.

Confidence is something that can be learned to develop. Self-esteem is concerned to how you think and consider value of yourself.

That is why it is very important to build, develop and enhance both.

And this goes with a connection. If you have a healthy esteem, it will boost your confidence. If you have self-confidence, you can recognize the value of yourself. And when you learn how to value yourself, you can have a healthy relationship with others. You can establish a healthy rapport with people in different fields, achieve more success, hit more of your targets, and accomplish amazing things for a better quality of life.

Low Esteem and Confidence: The Reasons Behind

Often, we are wondering why there are people who really are attention-getter. You put them in public and they can at once get people’s attention without any difficulty. They are those people who are good speakers, great in socializing, and excellent in carrying themselves in any situation.

While they are others who preferred to be unseen, just behind those exciting things and opportunities. They may want to be involved, yet, they’re too afraid…frightened to make themselves visible to the world. And these make their potentials hindered because of their low self esteem and confidence.

Here are some reasons why people can have low self esteem and confidence and how hypnosis techniques can help:

  • Experience during Childhood. Not all childhood are as happy as others had. Pity those people who never enjoyed a delighted years of being a child. Childhood experience is like a seed planted and nurtured to become a tree. When the seed sprouts and not given proper care and attention, what kind of plant will it be? This can survive; however, the sprout will then grow into a tree, but who know if it can be strong and sturdy?

Some parents sometimes forget that their words and actions can embark significant points to their children’s lives. The attitude on how children view themselves as they grow up can be a result of the experiences accumulated before.

Positive words from the parents must be of great source of encouragement and strength. Those words can be their “vitamins” as they face the challenges of life.

  • Environmental Factors. A person may have supportive family, relatives that are always willing to give helping hands; however, we know that we just can’t confine ourselves inside the four-sided walls of our home. We need to get out and deal with other people. We need to be associated with what is in the outside. Unfortunately, the environment around us can be cruel. And this can bring us more difficulties to develop our self esteem and confidence. Peers, co-workers and other people can make us weaker persons causing us to become pessimistic and lose the will to carry on.

A person who has low self esteem and confidence can be identified as being rebellious, a pretender, and a loser.

They are people who denied the fact that they can actually commit failure becoming too afraid to try and discover new things.

Likewise, there are people who always took pity on themselves making them more vulnerable.

More so, there are people who do not accept the ideas, comments, and criticisms given by other people. This caused them to accumulate anger in their hearts, thus, exiling themselves to unproductive situations.

It’s good to know that you can now achieve self hypnosis confidence with the help of effective book on hypnosis. The understanding on how to develop and improve our self esteem and confidence will be the stepping stone to acquire a better YOU!

The benefits of increasing your confidence using advanced hypnosis can be very powerful. Improving personal relationships as well as with other people, achieving increased success in your expertise, and being able to achieve targets which had previously seemed unattainable can significantly impact the right track of your life.

Covert Persuasion

Covert Persuasion

How to Detect when Covert Persuasion or Hypnotic Influence is Used on You

Ever since the human communication came into being, hypnosis has likewise surfaced. Covert Persuasion  was utilized in a lot of different forms even though it was accidental. Nonetheless, the same hypnosis techniques continue to be used even today.

Through the years of ongoing practice, hypnosis experts have realized that the willingness of the subject and his participation is vital for the hypnosis session to turn out successfully. Yet, it doesn’t go after that the subject is fully aware that he is being hypnotized. Turns out that oftentimes, some subjects are made readily participative even when what is being used on them is the covert persuasion or hypnotic influence.

Investigation and careful study shows that the hypnotists have already found effective and cunning techniques to find a detour towards the subconscious mind thereby evading the conscious mind. The subconscious normally just reacts to the given orders without exhibiting the serious capability of digesting and evaluating the given information. So when the hypnotist tries to work with his subject, he directly talks to the subconscious mind. As a result, the participant readily agrees without realizing what risk is at stake. It may only be after a few minutes when the conscious mind is activated once more that he discovers what has happened.

You see, the critical mind is that which screens and analyzes the given information, compares it with the existing values, and determines if it is worthy to be acted upon. If it has been decided to be worthy of an action, the conscious mind then passes the command to the subconscious which executes the action. The latter is designed to be nothing but the actor or carrier of a pre-programmed chore.

A professional who implements covert persuasion or

NLP & Hypnosis: Are They Similar?

NLP & Hypnosis: Are They Similar?- By A. Thomas Perhacs

NLP which stands for “Neuro Linguistic Programming” was created in the early 70’s by Richard Bandler and linguist John Grinder. It was a model designed to increase ones ability to communicate…

Over the years, Bandler and Grinder’s initial focus was modeling and learning from three successful psychotherapists, Fritz Perls (Gestalt Therapy), Virginia Satir (Family Systems Therapy), and eventually Milton H. Erickson (Clinical Hypnosis), with the aim of discovering what made these individuals more successful and stood out from others in their field….

NLP has been adopted by many groups, individuals, as well as companies as a cornerstone of their teaching models…

One of the most, if not the most popular proponent of NLP is Anthony Robbins. He was the first person to bring NLP out to the forfront with the concepts used in NLP such as:

  • Modeling
  • Using Visual Auditory and Kinesthetic Identifiers of someones representation system
  • Using certain patterns, such as the “Swish Pattern” to take one habit, thought or idea and change it to another
  • Anchoring
  • Re-Framing

Many books have been written in regards to NLP. Most of the good ones are written by Bandler and Grinder. Many of the NLP practitioners are highly analytical, and although hav

Mind Control

Does Mind Control Work?

Does Mind Control Work?: By A. Thomas Perhacs

There are several different types of mind control. The ability to control your own mind is of the utmost importance, because without self control, you will never be able truly get to a place in life that you will really enjoy.

Self Mind Control is really the only kind of mind control that you really have as you will read below you will see that these concepts will work for you.

There is also the mind control of others. This of course is a little more difficult and in some terms not even a reality. The reason is that you never really get control over someone’s mind…..  They must  give you the control.

You can’t force anyone to do anything…..Even if you hold a gun to someone’s head and ask for their money, they ultimately will be the one making the decision to give you the money or not.

Many POW’s that were in Vietnam never divulged a thing to their captors, even while being tortured, while others sang like cannery’s immediately.

So in this example, who really had the mind control? The mind control is based on who’s mind is stronger. Sometimes it is the person that you are looking to influence and sometimes it is the influencer….It all depends on strength, or….. does it?

There are ways to subtly gain the ability to control someone’s mind, but these techniques are considered very unique and esoteric. We teach these covert types of techniques so that you can benefit from being able to invest in our courses today. This will allow you to take full advantage of what is offered.

Covert mind control and influence can be done right in front of the person or at a distance, it all depends on how strong your focusing power is and the amount of controlling or influencing that you are looking to do.

For instance, if you tried to influence or control someone to do something that was totally against what they would ever even consider doing, it would be harder than if you just used some influence or control to tip the scales in your favor.

Example: You are buying a house and you want the owner to come down $20,000 in order for you to buy it.

This is a lot different than you wanting the owner to give it to you for free, which would totally go against the reason he/she is selling it.

In this example you could temporarily control or influence their mind long enough to see the value in dropping the price by $20,000.

So, how would you do this mind controlling? You would use your skills of persuasion and hypnotic influencing to get the seller to see the benefits of selling the house to you for $20,000 less than the asking price.

Mind control is such a sinister phrase. That is why I like to refer to it as “Mind Influence” because after all you are really not controlling the person, but you are certainly influencing him or her.

Weight Loss Self Hypnosis?

Weight Loss Self Hypnosis?: By A. Thomas Perhacs

weight loss-Crash diet, intensive workout in the gym, aerobics, liposuction, jogging, and diet pills – these are the usual things we think of when we talk about losing weight. Many individuals are overly frustrated when it comes to weight issue, especially when you think of the tedious activities and self-control you need to do in order to achieve the body you’ve always wanted.

Losing weight is not easy. Some have resorted to surgery (like liposuction and gastric bypass/bariatric surgery) to easily obtain a slim body. Others have tried numerous diet plans (like the South Beach diet) and diet pills, which may (or may not) have side effects in the long run.  And most have spent hours and hours in the gym to achieve that perfect body. But not everyone may get the same effect as compared to others.

Several factors have to be considered in weight loss. One is food intake. There are those who believe that cutting down on their calorie or carbohydrate intake may aid in their weight loss. They may work, but the body is being deprived with certain nutrients that it needs to function properly. If food is eaten in a balanced way (taking into consideration the protein, fiber, fat and other nutrients), the body will conform to the weight and will give you the energy needed.

Another consideration is the motivation. One should think why he/she wants to lose weight. Is it for myself or for others to see and treat me differently? “I have to be slim because this is the fad.” These are the usual reasons why people are obsessed with losing weight.  But one must think if the effort will make YOU happy, not anybody else. Also, one must think if this will make you more comfortable with yourself and feel more confident. So in the end, you don’t end up feeling more down since you did the effort of losing weight just because it is the fad or it’s for another person and it was not appreciated or noticed after all.

To further aid a person in his/her weight loss battle, hypnosis can be of help. With the subconscious mind awakened thru hypnosis, it would be easier to instill in a patient’s mind certain ideas or factor that are needed in weight loss. For example, a hypnotist may associate burger and fries with dizziness and instill this in a patient’s subconscious mind. Thus, when the patient sees a burger and fries, he will feel dizzy or nauseous. Positive comments and thinking may also be introduced in a patient’s subconscious mind to continuously guide him and motivate him throughout the weight loss process. The idea of you being in control of your weight loss, the self-fulfillment that you can achieve, and the new-“you.” Doing a few minutes of exercise may help, too.

Power of Your Subconscious Mind

Power of Your Subconscious Mind: By A. Thomas Perhacs

There are lots of extraordinary things that a person can do in times of an unfavorable event. For example, a person that is threatened can easily climb a tree or jump from a high wall without getting harmed. For thousands of years, these amazing actions have triggered many people’s interest to further study and to fully comprehend the power that lies in the subconscious.

The subconscious energy that inspires, motivates and help someone to reach his goals can be controlled through subliminal messaging. The word subliminal came from the Latin words sub and limen wherein sub means below and limen denotes threshold.

There are many stimuli such as sounds, images and emotions that the mind often times fails to notice because it is either too short or too weak to create an impact.

However, these unnoticeable stimuli can greatly affect a person in several ways. One example is sleeping right after watching a depressing movie can make a person feel empty and worn-out of energy upon waking up. Similarly, if someone read an inspiring book such as those that contains stories of bravery and achievement, it is most likely that one will wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

There are several practices that strengthen positive thoughts in someone’s mind such as making flashcards containing affirmative reinforcement and reading it everyday. Another way is by regularly listening to music or MP3 that can motivate a person.

In Subconscious Mind conclusion, subliminal messaging helps in self improvement. In fact, it can be used to realize objectives such as quitting smoking and enhancing self esteem. Furthermore, the goals that a person might have worked very hard for can be achieved with ease if subliminal messaging is done.

In my Control Factor Self Hypnosis course, we will instruct you exactly how to get subliminal directives to work for you to use for business, relationships, romance or just plain fun!

What Is Self Hypnosis?

What Is Self Hypnosis?: By A. Thomas Perhacs

In reality, all hypnosis is self hypnosis to put it simply. A hypnotherapist is merely a guide on a voyage. Everyone has day dreamed; consequently, each person has been put under hypnosis at one time or another in their life span. A good hypnotist will constantly educate the client to do self hypnosis, permitting the client to carry on their therapy at their own pace. The lone boundary is the thoughts! There are techniques that a good practitioner should teach anyone who wanted to learn self hypnosis.

Have you ever felt so stressed out that your brain kept wandering to things other than what you were trying to focus on? This was your mind’s own healing at work. Would you somewhat imagine yourself at work, phones ringing, computers crashing, boss shouting… and so on and so on… or would you rather picture yourself on a striking tropical island, mind blowing through your hair, sun warming your skin… the smell of the salty, sea air blowing.

Visualize yourself now in that serene, peaceful place of your choice. Pay attention to the waves crashing on the shoreline, the gulls in the air. As you stroll across the sand, you can essentially feel it warming your feet. You can sense of nothing at all… your mind is clear.

In a distance, you see a great hammock wavering lazily amid two beautiful palm trees. You go over and lie down and begin to gently sway on the breeze… relaxation inundating over your full body, mind and spirit.

And there you are… hypnotized… wasn’t so hard, was it? At this point, the hypnotherapist gives you constructive messages that trek deep into the subliminal mind. Count to five, come back to the here and now… and the feeling of accomplishment is sometimes overwhelming.

Thus is the curative power of hypnotherapy. Effortless, yet so effective.

So, what’s the purpose of hypnosis?

Boundless! The usual hypnosis client is looking for an efficient relief to the problems of weight loss, smoking and drug addiction, pain management, stress management, sleep, or phobias and so on.

No doctor’s offices, no drugs, no interfering psycho babble. An hour session with the hypnotherapist and continued practice of self hypnosis in your own home, at your own pace, using your own skills and imagination is all you need. There are also books and online courses available nowadays which make it easy to practice self hypnosis.

The web is an immense source of information on hypnotherapy, self hypnosis, NLP and holistic healing. You just need to explore. I am sure you’ll stumble into a good source of information to get started to learn self hypnosis.

In my Control Factor Self Hypnosis course, we will instruct you exactly how to get subliminal directives to work for you to use for business, relationships, romance or just plain fun!

Meditation Techniques

Meditation Techniques

One of the most important things that you must consider when looking into a meditative practice is to figure out what it is you are looking for in that meditative practice.

Meditation in itself is a way for you to find a structured practice that will allow you to find a peace within yourself.

There are many types of meditation. The most common type is where you are focusing on a person, place, thing or object. Other methods would be where you are blanking the mind.

Some meditation methods such as Transcendental Meditation or TM teach some very good meditation methods and practices, but it sometimes gets lost in the ritualistic, quasi religious fervor that that method brings.

Kundalini Meditation methods can also be very powerful, but again, sometimes the focus is placed too much on the spiritual end and not enough on the actual exercises.

What we have done with our meditation methods is to create meditations that will allow the practitioner to be able to maximize their overall potential in all areas of their life.

The real key to any type of meditation is to get the body and mind to relax. The more you get your body and mind to relax the more you will get out of the meditation.

Meditation is giving the mind an intent of something to do. You can meditate while you are jogging, riding a bike or even while you are driving your car. Many people find different ways to meditate so don’t think that there is just one way to do it.

Although we offer the standard types of meditation such as lying down, sitting, standing and focus types of meditation, we also include important breathing exercises, postures and flow patterns that allow the body to get the maximum out of the practice.

Covert Hypnosis

Covert Hypnosis

When ever the word hypnosis comes up people conjure up pictures of someone waving a medallion on a string in someone’s face and making them to start barking like a dog or clucking like a chicken.

This could be considered stage hypnosis, but what we are going to be talking about is real hypnosis, conversational hypnosis, where you can influence someone on the spot and with conversational tones.

One of the things that must be understood about Hypnosis is that we are being hypnotized in one form or the other all day long! There really is no difference between being put in a trance by a Hypnotist or by a television commercial designed to sell you a product.

We have two distinct minds, the sub-conscious (unconscious) and the conscious mind.

The conscious mind is the part of the mind in which we knowingly make decisions on our behavior or thoughts, while the sub-conscious is the portion that actually accepts everything that we experience and stores it for when ever we need it.

The ability to subliminally influence someone is where you can talk into someone’s sub-conscious mind. This is where Covert Hypnosis comes in. Covert Hypnosis works, because it is designed to gain access to someone’s mind in a way that they are not even aware of…

The sub-conscious mind takes in everything that you feed it, whether it be good, bad or indifferent. It doesn’t know the difference between what is right or wrong, it just acts on what you put into it.

So, when you put enough information into the sub-conscious mind, you are going to get an action or reaction. So as not to go beyond the scope of this article and to not go down a scientific rat hole…

I want you to understand the following:

  • The Sub-Conscious is always turned on (even while sleeping)
  • It even interprets non-verbal communication
  • It can and will be influenced by what is placed in it
  • Hypnosis deals with directing the sub-conscious mind to take action on what you command of it.

Anytime you are driving a car, you are putting yourself into a hypnotic trance because your mind goes into an auto pilot mode and you can actually do several things at once and not think consciously about them.

For instance, you see the car in front of you put on their brakes (brake light). You don’t need to consciously tell yourself to pick your foot from the gas and place it on the brake peddle, you just automatically through the message that you received by the brake light going on to move your foot to the brakes. This is a form of Self-Hypnosis.

Have you ever day dreamed? Well, day dreaming is a form of visualization and while visualizing, you are in a trance like state. This is another form of Hypnosis, called Self Hypnosis

We refer to Trance as a strength of concentration. This concentration can be something that you do yourself or one that someone else directs your mind to do.

When you have your mind directed in such a manner, it is very easy for someone to influence you, if they know how to do it properly.

What our course will instruct you to do is how to influence someone’s mind and give it instructions. These instructions should be a win for both parties so that the benefits are mutual.
