I am sitting in a hotel room. I am once again afraid to go outside. Nothing bad is happening. It’s BEAUTIFUL out there. There’s nice people out there.

I do not know where to begin.

I quit drinking in December. There were a number of internal discoveries. Nine Month gone and I’m still not drinking. Why was i drinking – well not drinking was not hard. Stopping once I started was the trick.

Some of us drink to forget. Now I remember. I have been seeing help for that – no I’m not doing this alone. I had always wondered why I couldn’t talk to people without a drink, or a good script. I have a job that required public appearances. That’s honestly easy – there’s 15 questions I answer over and over and rarely deviate from script, ‘cept when I want to. Other more personal interactions were way too dangerous and scary. You guys are probably amazed to hear me say this. I guess you get to be.

Start here – I’m ok. Better than ever possible. Even surprised how good I am doing. now the news – In 1988 I was drugged, beaten, and raped as a party entertainment. It happened in grad school. I had a long time struggling with repressed memories; ok it’s not like I forgot I was raped, but the details around it, missing emerging like leaks and badly timed.

In December the drinking could not keep the memories contained.

OK – I’m not the first person to be raped. I’m not confessing for pity.

Today I can’t be around people and I feel… seriously rattled and like my thoughts are not mine.

I seek help through accupuncture and have a therapist I talk to. I am not on any medications and after drinking to make this better I am very reluctant to look at that as an option.

Thank you for listening. I am ordering now. I thank you for giving me a chance. I want my head back.

I wrote to you earlier about the power of thoughts into words, I have your entire mind force libary now I have read through them I also have the power of hypnotic conversation by Clifford Mee. Since I have been studying the depth of the human mind four months ago I have been pondering on how exactly to make my sub-mind work for me. I took a break earlier today from studying playing around on the internet, and I was listening to youtube while they was playing records backwards to listen for subliminal messages. I realized that maybe in our words our tonalities, our subconcious minds is speaking to one another on a more deeper level than we can realize. Take for instance Nirvana. Most of the messages embedded in their songs was of hate, self loathe, and honestly just plain dam frightening, even though the lyrics and the music wasn’t the messages was. It as though the reality of their lives in conflict with pain of the subconcious, yet the subconcious found a way without Kurt Cobain realizing it to express his deepest rage. In other words his reality in the reality of his life. Also Milton Erickson in his study of shzophrenia found the ramblings of the insane were in actuality the cries of the sane. So now my question is this. You cannot see the flow of the world around you but you can feel it, and when you impress your energy in the world you can also feel it drain. Is there a way to enhance your chi to make stronger impressions upon your enviroment or does your subconcious automatically adjusts for it??
