When most people think of meditation, they consider it a way to focus the mind on nothingness. A way to clear the mind of all the thoughts we find disruptive. This is essentially a form of meditation, but meditation goes so much deeper than just being mindful…

I can’t tell you how many people I have spoken to who have been meditating for years, yet have no real tangible results, other than a little more clarity…

This is the fault of the meditative practice, not the person. When I first even considered doing a meditation, I saw it as a waste of my time. “Why should I sit still or lay down for a half an hour at a time? Where is the value”?

The value is in the way you utilize your meditative practice and knowing specific skills, which enable you to achieve many different outcomes. Some of these outcomes are more esoteric than others, but non the less play an important role in the process…

Meditation will give you clarity, in a world, were everything is so fast pace, it is nice to take a break and reflect on the day, say your daily affirmations, prayers, mantras, etc….

The meditation can be so much more….

You can use it as the command center for your mind development. You can harness the power of your mind to enable you to get more out of life. That simple 20-30 minutes per day, can be life changing…..

If done right….If done wrong, it is just another 20-30 minute exercise…
